• Diagnostics: Crash logs, app performance data, and usage statistics

We process this data to:

• Provide the core functionality of the GraphIA app
• Deliver and improve the AI-based handwriting analysis

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To perform handwriting analysis, your uploaded handwriting images and associated metadata (such as age, gender, handedness, and mood) are sent from our servers to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We require that all third-party providers maintain appropriate security measures and handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling purposes. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own independent use.

Before any handwriting analysis is performed, the app will inform you about the data that will be sent and request your explicit consent. You may choose not to proceed with the analysis at any time. By consenting, you acknowledge that your handwriting images and metadata will be transmitted to our servers and processed using third-party AI technology as described in this policy.
